  1. Take deep breaths and breathe out slowly.

  3. Go to a place that is calming and has positive energy.

  5. Stretch your body, particularly the areas where you feel tension or stiffness.
  6. List things you are grateful for. Say them out loud or write them down.
  7. Go outside and be with nature. Get some fresh air.
  8. Listen to calming music.
  9. Have a hot bath with a relaxing bath salt mixture.
  10. Massage your feet, hands and arms.
