Stress is something we all naturally experience.

It is also the core reason for many health issues.

We can’t escape stress and we wouldn’t want to completely abolish it as a certain amount of stress does help us do things like accomplishing goals and being focused.

The aim is to find a balance between relaxation and effort.

Therefore, we want to be able to have better control of stress to help us to do things in life but not let it take over our health.

In collaboration with Dr. Claude Martinez from Zenith – Life Coaching and Counselling, we offer workshops to help individuals develop relaxation skills and ways to manage stress for optimal living.
